The solidarity is the unity or agreement of feeling or action,especially among with a common interest; mutual support within a group. For me the solidarity is the celebration of their culture that the people have the unity to this celebration and make this again memorable.

Every September, Vigan City commemorates the week-long festivities for strengthening pride in the history and culture of Vigan. The City of Vigan have 630 heritage structure that are preserved back date from the 18th and 19th century. Vigan's preserve by Spanish trading town environs has survived the test of time, including bombing during World War III.

 The "|Zarzuela Ilocana" "Daniw'' ''Dalot'' and "Sabayang PAgbigkas" competion was also staged.
